This is an excellent site for storage. Excellent access to all containers. We’ve just loaded a 45ft artic trailer out of our two containers. Best one we’ve ever used in Northampton.

We had to put all of our house into storage for three months until our new house went through. The booking process was straight forward and everyone we dealt with was very professional. We were very happy with the service and pleasantly surprised at the cost for storing everything from a 3 bedroomed house. Fantastic facility, Paula and her team are so flexible and responsive, I managed to book a unit over the phone while travelling with a van full of stuff after a last minute change of plans and Paula did everything I needed and made it really easy.

We have used Container Self Store over the past 12 months & have absolutely no complaints. The building is always clean & tidy, with numerous trollies, pallet trucks & sack barrows to use as needed. For bigger items there are Fork Lift trucks + drivers to assist upon request. All of the staff are very friendly & helpful. We even received a phone call during the recent floods to assure us that our unit (ground floor) was safe & dry.
We would not hesitate to recommend CSS to anybody & should the need arise would use them again.

Everything to do with the rental of our unit was very clear and the facilities for moving our things in and out of the unit were really helpful, this included a lift, a variety of trollies and the ability to drive directly into the storage area.

Pleasure to deal with, very easy to set up,had 3 units while moving house from London including 2 motorcycles, feels very secure , would be happy to store bikes longterm if required. 24 hour access is so useful .give them a call .and thanks again to all for looking after our stuff .👍

The facility is absolutely immaculate clean, trolleys provided to move your belongings from your car/van to your storage room. Paula who I dealt with was very friendly & helpful. I can’t recommend it enough.

Excellent facility. Well organised, well lit, secure buildings with exceptional staff support. Nothing is too much trouble for this well run team. It was important for me to feel safe at all times of the day which I do, and business facilities are great. Coffee and milk much appreciated on the odd occasions needed. Both me and my mum have rented a container from here and I would definitely recommend them. The staff were very helpful and it was very straightforward to set up. The containers have two padlocks, one is heavy duty and they are behind a gate that you need a code for so everything is very secure.
Used this Container for around a year, customer service is amazing and sort any problems or questions immediately, great access 24/7 and good security. Couldn’t be happier with this place. Would highly recommend, and would use again in the future if needed. 😁

Great priced storage unit. Excellent security. Couldn't believe how much we managed to put in it. Also great that it was 24 hour so we could pop down around our own schedules.
Only one downside was it took a while to get the proper lock from them, but was more than happy to put our own locks on and went prepared. Which leads me to another good point.... it was great that we could put 4 locks on the unit for extra security. Plenty of space to turn a car round with a trailer outside the unit too.

I chose Container Self Store because it was close to where I was temporarily living and it was the best price. The container was indoors and accessible 24/7 which you don't realise is so important when you're moving house and your belongings are all the place. Everything has come out in the same condition it went in! The staff are all very pleasant and if not on site and needed, available on the end of the phone. Recommended.
